Contact, account help, and how to delete your data.
What this app is
Take Point is a fictional AI-narrated mission app. You pick a theater. The narrator writes the scene. You choose what happens next. It is entertainment, not official military training.

We read support mail. Include your account email and a short description of the problem.
Sign out
In the app go to Settings → SIGN OUT.
Sign out leaves your account on the server. It does not delete your service record or remaining plays.
Delete your account
This permanently removes your Take Point account and service record. It cannot be undone.
- Open Take Point and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm Break contract?
If you cannot sign in, email support@haikusmiles.com from the address on the account and write: Please delete my Take Point account.
Plays and purchases
Mission plays are stored on your account. If a play did not deduct correctly, or a restore failed, email us with the date and the theater you were in.
App Store subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Privacy
We store the account you create, your service record (completed missions and outcomes), and plays remaining so the app can function. We do not sell that data. We do not use your missions for public leaderboards.
To request a copy of your record, email the contact above from your account address.
Content
Stories are fictional. The app does not represent the U.S. Army or any real unit. Do not treat missions as tactics, communications procedure, or official doctrine.
